Refund policy

1. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)

All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by the destination country. Failure to pay these charges may result in the shipment being returned or disposed of, and in such cases, no refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Only defective or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for return.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Limited edition products
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

5. How to Request a Return

If the issue is caused by our mistake (such as a defective or wrongly shipped item), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount. Partial refunds may be granted if items are not in their original condition, missing parts, or returned more than 7 days after delivery.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We may request product photos or proof of purchase when processing return or refund requests.

International Orders: All orders are shipped from South Korea. At this time, we do not offer refunds or returns for international shipments due to system limitations.
